UNDERSTANDING THE SUSTAINABILITY OF POLYPROPYLENE

The future depends on the sustainable work we do today. Sustainability is the ability to make or use something in a way that does not deplete the resources that go into its production. We embrace our responsibility and want our initiatives and strategies to positively impact the environment.

To be called truly sustainable you need to do three things well:
1. Minimise use of natural resources,
2. Minimise pollution creation in the production process, and
3. Recycle your product efficiently.

What is polypropylene, and how is it sustainable?
The polypropylene sheet that we use for our signage, is made right here in Melbourne. During the manufacturing process there is no waste. Any scrap material that is produced during production is recycled on-site in our recycling plant. We then use this recycled material to make our signage, which is all 50-100% recycled and 100% carbon neutral. Our signs can be recycled many times over, and it becomes just as good as the new sheeting!
