ARTWORK APPROVAL SYSTEM UPGRADE

We promised that we would be working on reducing our lead times and improving our customer experience in 2022.

…. and that is what we are doing!

In order for your custom signs to get to our printers quicker, from Monday 24th of January 2022, the standard production process for custom signs will be as follows:

1. You place your order with USS.
2. Once the artwork is designed, you will get an order email confirmation along with an image of what your custom sign will look like.
3. Production will commence in 4 hours from that email, at which time you can respond with any changes if required. No response means the printing will start as soon as possible.

We understand that there will be times when you or our artwork team will require approval before production – such as high-volume orders or complicated signs that require extensive design.

You can specify this requirement on your purchase order and our artwork team will make sure this happens for you.
